The property embraces the unique constraints of the site while meeting the developer’s goal of creating a highly amenitized, arts-focused community, The Village at White River Junction was designed with a five-story, “vertical main street” approach.
Gates & Dickson negotiated the land purchase, lead the permit process at both the local and state level, raised the initial equity and secured construction financing with a three-state group of participating banks. The project broke ground in 2017 and opened in 2019.
